Slate Belt Youth Soccer Association
REGISTRATION: 2013 Fall Season
REGISTRATION: 2013 Fall Season on Friday May 3rd
from 6-9pm and Saturday May 4th from 9am-12pm at
the Blue valley Farm Show. Late Registration will be
held on May 15th from 6-8pm.
PLAYERS: Must be between the ages of 5 and 16 as
of August 1, 2013.
FEE: The registration fee is $60 for each Travel
Player(plus an additional fee for uniform purchase
$35-youth, $40-adult, if you have uniform from last
year you do not have to buy a new one)
In-house registration is $45 for 1st In-house Player;
$40 each additional child playing In-house. A late fee
of $10 per player will be charged after May 4th. Each
parent is required to work 1 hour in the concession
stand per child. Must have a copy of child's Birth
Certificate (new players only). There will be an
addition of a $50 per family work bond. This must be
in a separate check until all requirements are met.

Intramural Co-ed
Travel teams: U-10, 12, 14, 16 for girls and U-10, 12,
14, 16 boys (subject to change)

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR: Coaching, Referees,
Field Maintenance and concession stand committee.
Training, equipment, mentors and assistance will be
available to all who volunteer. Come "Have a Blast"
with the kids!
