Slate Belt Youth Soccer Association
REGISTRATION: 2008 Fall Season on Friday May 2nd
from 6-9pm and Saturday 9am-12pm at Blue Valley
Farm Show.
PLAYERS: Must be between the ages of 5 and 16 as of
August 1, 2008. (Must be a SBYSA Fall player to be
eligible for Spring 2008).
FEE: The registration fee is $45 for each Travel Player
and $40 for 1st In-house Player; $35 each additional
child playing In-house. (A $5 late fee will be charged
after May 4th). Each parent is required to work 1hour
in the concession stand per child. Must have a copy
of child's Birth Certificate.
SIGNS-UPS ARE FOR: Intramural Co-ed
Travel teams: U-10, 12, 14, 16 for both girls and boys

Soccer Camp (July 21-25)
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR: Coaching, Referees,
Field Maintenance and concession stand committee.
